Returns Policy

All artwork is made to order to ensure quality of the work you receive but also to stay true to the limited edition nature of the #ed prints in circulation.

We have a 5-day let-us-know-damage policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your art to submit a request for a new piece made and sent to you.

If your art is damaged on arrival, please take a few photos of the delivered item (including packaging) with the damage visible and then contact us along with your order details immediately.

Please do not return any damaged items until we’ve told you to do so.

If you received a damaged piece of art and would like to request a new one, please e-mail support@sixtyiconic.com with the subject 'Damage *Order Number*' and attach photos of any damage or defects that you had on your item. We will then process the case for you immediately.

Due to the nature of dealing with limited edition prints of our artist's work we don't offer a return policy in the unlikely event that you just don't like the art you received, however if it has arrived in an unacceptable state, do let us know with pictures and we will happily offer a return or a new re-print of the piece you ordered.

Cancellation of orders

Regarding cancellations of existing orders, please e-mail support@sixtyiconic.com to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing the order.

For cancellations, due to everything being made to order there is a small cancellation fee of 5% of the order value.

Custom artwork

Custom artworks are not eligible for refunds once worked on by the artist and approved by the customer. If damaged we will happily replace.
