Returns Policy

All artwork is made to order to ensure quality of the work you receive but also to stay true to the limited edition nature of the #ed prints in circulation.

Due to the nature of dealing with limited edition prints of our artist's work we don't offer a return policy in the unlikely event that you just don't like the art you received. However, we always offer a new re-print of the piece you ordered if in the very rare event it arrives damaged.

We have a 5-day let-us-know-damage policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your art to submit a request for a new piece made and sent to you.

If your art is damaged on arrival, please take a few photos of the delivered item (including packaging) with the damage visible and then contact us along with your order details immediately.

Please do not return any damaged items until we’ve told you to do so.

If you received a damaged piece of art and would like to request a new one, please e-mail support@sixtyiconic.com with the subject 'Damage *Order Number*' and attach photos of any damage or defects that you had on your item. We will then process the case for you immediately.
