DMCA
Sixty Iconic (The Art Gallery) respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from the artists, partners, and users who provide content or materials to be displayed or sold through our art gallery.
This DMCA / Copyright Infringement Policy explains how we respond to:
-
- copyright infringement notices (takedown requests), and
- counter-notices (requests to restore content removed due to a notice).
This policy is intended to describe our process for handling disputes. It does not replace or modify our Terms of Service, Terms & Conditions, or any other policies published on our website.
What we do when we receive a compliant notice
When we receive a properly completed notice of alleged infringement, we will review and we may:
-
- remove or disable access to the content identified in the notice;
- contact the relevant artist creator to request context or documentation (e.g., proof of ownership/licensing); and
- where appropriate, restrict or terminate accounts or relationships for repeated infringement.
We generally forward the notice (or a summary of it) to the party who provided the content so they understand what has been reported and can respond, including by submitting a counter-notice where applicable.
How to submit a copyright infringement notice (takedown request)

-
- Your physical or electronic signature (or that of an authorized representative).
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved).
- Identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough information for us to locate it (for example: product page URL(s), image URL(s), the title, screenshots, and where it appears).
- All valid contact information (Name, Address, Telephone Number, and Email Address).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
-
Send your notice to:
- Email: support@sixtyiconic.com
- Subject line: “DMCA Takedown Notice”
- Attn: Legal / Copyright
Misrepresentation warning: If you knowingly make false or misleading claims in a notice, you will be liable for damages and legal costs from Sixty Iconic and the partners, suppliers and artists it represents.
Counter-notification (request to restore content)
If you are the artist or partner and you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice.
A counter-notice must include substantially the following:
-
-
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the removed/disabled material and where it appeared before removal (e.g., product URL(s)).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification or otherwise authorized to use such material (including 'fair use').
- Your name, address, and telephone number, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court (and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party or their agent).
-
Send your counter-notice to:
- Email: support@sixtyiconic.com
- Subject line: “DMCA Counter-Notice”
- Attn: Legal / Copyright
After we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original notice. If we do not receive notice that they have filed a court action within the required timeframe, we may restore the material no sooner than 10 business days and no later than 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice (where the DMCA process applies).
Repeat infringers
Sixty Iconic will, in appropriate circumstances, suspend or terminate relationships/accounts for parties who are determined to be repeat infringers, consistent with applicable law and our policies.
